Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using zview, you agree to these Terms. If you use zview on behalf of a restaurant, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Service description

zview provides:

• QR-based customer feedback and AI-assisted review drafting.
• A dashboard for reviews, complaints, and alerts.
• Optional Google Business Profile integration to sync reviews and post replies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage the restaurant or business you register.

4. Google Business Profile integration

• You must connect only business profiles you are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for replies posted to Google, including AI-generated or auto-posted replies.
• You may disconnect Google integration at any time.
• Google's terms and policies apply to your use of Google services.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or policy-violating content.
• Use zview to spam, manipulate reviews, or violate Google's review policies.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Reverse engineer or resell the service without permission.

6. AI-generated content

zview uses AI to suggest review text and replies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is posted where applicable. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability of AI output.

7. Fees

zview is provided as described at signup. Pricing and billing terms, if applicable, will be communicated separately. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual property

zview software, branding, and documentation are owned by zview. You retain ownership of your business data and customer feedback.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE INCREASED REVIEWS, RATINGS, OR BUSINESS OUTCOMES.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZVIEW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF NO FEES WERE PAID.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, we may delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
